Small 50kg spiral chapati bakery dough mixer machines are designed for dough mixing specially. It can be used in Bakery, Foodstuff Industry, etc., where the dough is required.

This machine loading factor is 40%-60%. There are two sigma shaped paddles (z-arms) in U bowl. The z-arms get rotation under the drive of motor-reducer-gearing. Due to the different size of the gearings, the rotary speed of two arms are a little different, which can make better intermixing result. Materials being blended are constantly being stirred and intermixed as the z-arms rotate. Normal cycle times are typically in the range of 15 minutes, however can be more or less depending on the difficulty of blending. After mixing, the bowl can be tilted to empty the product.
